Sara has 15 years of qualitative research and strategy experience helping pharmaceutical and biotech companies harness customer insight to drive brand growth. Her ability to seamlessly blend empathy, curiosity, creativity, and strategic thinking has been pivotal to the successful delivery of actionable insights and strategies across all stages of the product lifecycle.

Sara has led a variety of US and global qualitative research and strategy projects, including customer journeys, positioning development and testing, and creative testing. While her most recent therapeutic area experience has focused in rare disease, she has worked in neurology, immunology, psychiatry, rheumatology, ophthalmology, and oncology.
